Born and raised in New York city, music has always been a part of her life. Singing since the age of 5 , now decades later, she is an Alumni of the Berklee College of music. At berklee she discovered her voice sing pop/r&b and neo-soul. Starting off in an merengue ensemble aparticipating in the Tito Puentes series. In the past year Katherine has been working along side songwriter Amandi Music and recorded her first EP "Outside The Box" which will be released in a few months. It will include singles "Touch" and "Music is my addiction". Katherine's long term goal is to become a successful artist manager/developer. She believes that her passion for music and developing her self as an artist will benefit other artist in the future.

** RICCARDO RAVASINI, Originally from Italy, is a NYC Real Estate maven and has been an agent in Manhattan since 2008. He studied Business and Finance in Milan before moving to New York. He enjoys assisting his friends and people new to the City in the search for the perfect rental apartment as much as he loves working on sales and larger transactions that involve international investors. He will provide you with practical and straightforward analysis on what is going on in the Manhattan Real Estate market.
**JENNIFER LaDELFA, her passion for cultures, traveling, fashion and marketing manifested from early on in life. Being fluent in Italian, she became fully immersed in the culture growing up in "Brooklyn's Little Italy" and having spent my summers traveling throughout Europe. For the past ten years, her interests have evolved into a career in the field of events marketing. Parlaying her passions, she have generated fresh concepts to deliver impeccable results.
