Award-winning novelist, cultural journalist, translator and professor Ioana Pârvulescu, one of Romania’s finest writers, meets her New York readers in a series of events co-organized by the Romanian Cultural Institute between November 27-29.

First time in the United States, she joins the first-rate line-up of the New Literature from Europe Festival, the biggest NYC showcase of European literature in translation, and reads from her latest work at Columbia University in an event co-curated with Harriman Institute, East Central European Center, and the Romanian Language Institute.
