Guest bartending for a cure at Traffic Bar<\/p>\n
Alex will be guest bartending for a cure at Traffic Bar on November 4th. A portion of the proceeds of the open bar will go to the Crohn\u2019s and Colitis Foundation.<\/p>\n
There will be a 2 hour open bar for $35 or 3 hour open bar for $45<\/p>\n
I also will get a portion of the tips throughout the evening and there will be a raffle with great prizes.<\/p>\n
I am running in my first half marathon with Team Challenge in Las Vegas in the hopes of finding a cure for Crohn\u2019s and Colitis. I am running on behalf of my two college roommates who suffer from Crohn\u2019s for which there is not a cure.<\/p>\n
Over 1.4 million Americans have Crohn\u2019s disease and ulcerative colitis, commonly referred to as Inflammatory Bowel Disease or IBD; however, many more suffer in silence due to potential embarrassment and alienation. Crohn\u2019s disease and ulcerative colitis can occur in people of all ages, but it is primarily a disease of adolescents and young adults, affecting mainly those between 15 and 35.<\/p>\n
