Parisian Night @ OPIA with Live Performances

Join us for cocktails at Opia, newly renovated and glamorous as ever!

At 7:30 PM we’ll present the premiere performance of the musical “Play the Music Softly” – it tells the story of a successful concert pianist, born and raised in Paris, through memory flashbacks during an interview given for Le Monde Magazine.

The performance will take place in the Opia Ballroom, separate from the Main Lounge.

While this event is free of charge, seating is limited. Anyone interested to see the performance should get a pass from the hostess upon arrival.

The rest of us will continue to enjoy drinks and conversation at the Main Lounge!

About Four Seasons:
Led by suave, European host-owners Alex von Bidder and Julian Niccolini Four Seasons Restaurant on East 52nd Street delivers superior service, first-class Continental cuisine to an urbane crowd that is considered “who’s who in the city”. The regulars tout lunching among “power players” in the Grill Room or dining in the Serene “pool Room” at night. Built on the philosophy that “less is more”, the Four Seasons is one of the most beautiful restaurants in the world. Designed by Mies Van der Rohe and Philip Johnson in 1959, the entire space is spectacular, but the window treatments are what really blew me away. Delicate chains repeatedly drape across each of the 30 foot tall window panes. They are lit from above and the a/c vents are at the base. The result is a gently shimmering, animated effect– a lovely kinetic compliment to the grand mahogany panels on the interior walls. And yes, it IS expensive – but guess what, you are worth it! Treat yourself!

Bar Room Savories range from:
Soft Shell Crabs ($8) to Sirloin Paillard, Herb Fries ($28)

Wines by the Glass:
Sancerre, Chateau de Sancerre $15
Chardonnay, Louis Latour $15
Pinot grigio, Trelano $15
Sauvignon Blanc, Julian of the Seasons, Napa 2006 $15
Pinot Noir, Cuvee A $15
Al Passo, Tolaini $15
Piper-Heidsick $15 etc

Beer $7

Mixed Drinks $15

Atlanta – Aug 04 2009

Hello everyone:

Last month at the Palomar Hotel was another great turn-out, so thanks for your support. August is just around the corner, and our next eurocircle event will take place next Tuesday (August 4th) at the new restaurant and lounge ‘Joia’ in Midtown, located at 1100 Crescent Avenue (next to Front Page News). Convenient parking garage across the street and as usual start time will be 7:30 until…

Due to the large attendance these last few months, please RSVP so I can give a headcount to the staff at the restaurant.

Look forward to seeing you there!!!

Salutations –

David
